Each skating participant must sign their own waiver.
A legal guardian must sign a waiver for minors.

​How do I purchase my skating tickets? 
Tickets are available online, on a first-come/first-serve basis. Tickets may be purchased at the ice rink, but quantities may be limited. Anyone who arrives at the venue without tickets will be shown a QR-code to purchase tickets on their smartphone. If you are unable
to purchase your tickets on a smart device, you may still purchase your tickets on-site via credit card transaction. 

To guarantee admission, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets online ahead of time.  
When can I come to skate? 
Check the public operating hours on this website. Tickets may be purchased online in advance or on-site. Your reservation is only valid for the time(s) and date(s) purchased. Tickets are for 75 minutes of skating time, which begins at the time of check-in. 

Can I get a refund on my ticket once I have purchased a ticket? 
Tickets are non-refundable. However, depending on availability, you may reschedule your ticket for a different date or time.

What if I buy a ticket and the weather is unfavorable? 
We continue to skate in light rain or drizzle. If heavy rain or severe storm conditions are expected, resulting in a venue closure,
all ticket purchasers will be notified by email and have the opportunity to reschedule.

Can I enter the venue with my child if I’m not skating? 
Yes, guests who are not skating may enter the venue. We kindly request that children remain under supervision at all times.
Non-skaters are not permitted on the ice but may use the designated viewing area.

Are there any age restrictions? 
There is no age restriction. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children who are not able to walk are not allowed to skate.
Children cannot be carried while skating. 

Skates
Skates are included with admission. We have skates from Toddler-8 to Adult-15. We do offer double-runners for very young children. 

Can guests bring their own skates? 
Yes, as long as they are in safe, skateable condition. 

Do I need to wear socks? 
​Yes.

Wheelchair Accessibility
The rink is wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair user is required to wear skates, and the assisting individual must wear ice cleats supplied by the rink.  Both the wheelchair user and the assistant must complete a waiver before participating.

Do you offer skate assist? 
Yes, skate aids are available to rent for $8 and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
